Coming off a nearly completed and successful transformation of the common areas at Rivervew and Coronation Estates, we will now be commencing a common areas renovation at Lockhart Estates. New flooring and paint as well as mailboxes will be installed over this winter.  We thank you for your patience and please respect the yellow tape when a hallway is under construction or paint.  There will always be a hallway that will be safe to use in the meantime.

As summer is fast approaching, please ensure that your air conditioner units are properly installed  in order to avoid damage to the window or water dripping onto your neighbours widow sill.

We have removed all the dead ash trees at Riverview and Coronation Estates, 60 trees, which were a safety hazard and as well as being unattractive, dead. We are taking steps in planting new trees and the City of Ottawa will also be planting new trees in the near future.

Please remember to contact your superintendent if you notice any changes in the unit. A running toilet can cost hundreds of dollars per month. A radiator leaking can affect pressure for the other tenants in the building. Tenants may be liable for any costs if they do not inform the superintendent. By taking these measures, we can conserve water and maintain heating levels for one and all!

The work on the much anticipated and long overdue windows has now begun! Please stay tuned to mail that will be notifying the tenants about when it is your building’s turn to have your windows replaced. A big thank you to Advanced Aluminum for their efforts and workmanship as their longstanding reputation in the window business and with Byron Rental Properties continues.
